Objectives: study "Civil Disobedience," do "CD" activity (if time, try brainteasers)

In 1B we went over "Self-Reliance" and the Transcendental definition activity. After that, we paraphrased topic sentences from "Civil Disobedience." We made a list of items Thoreau brought into the woods, and items we would've brought, and we categorized them. I'm curious to see what other classes come up with as essentials for two years in the woods. The book/movie Into the Wild would go well w/this unit.
I'm doing the blog bc so many people are job-shadowing.... Happy Tgiving!
